At Chhapak, we take great care in delivering your products to you, and we partner only with reputed national couriers.  We currently offer FREE DELIVERY on all orders placed within India, for orders above Rs.1000. All other orders have a flat shipping fee of Rs.80. Majority of our orders are shipped within 3 working days of the order, and delivered in 5-7 days from the shipping.

We have partnered with leading courier services. Our courier partners will be able to deliver the shipment to you between Monday through Saturday: 9am to 7pm. Working days exclude public holidays and Sundays. Delivery time is subject to factors beyond our control including unexpected travel delays from our courier partners and transporters due to weather conditions and strikes.

As soon as your package ships, we will email you your package tracking information.

 

Cancellations and Returns/ Exchange

Before you return a Chhapak product, please take a moment to understand how our products are made. All our products are handcrafted by traditional craft person in rural India, resulting in each product being unique and slightly different from each other.

 

In spite of the variables, at Chhapak we stand behind the quality of our products and we will replace the product free of cost if you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason

For Credit Card/ Debit Card/ Net Banking or Paypal Transactions:

As the charge of your credit card/ account would have been already done online at the time you made purchase and authorized the payment, we will provide a refund into the original mode of payment.

 

Refunds will only be done in the following cases:

• Genuine quality issues.

• Packages lost in transit.

• In case Chhapak discovers that a wrong item has been shipped to you.

• In case the customer is not happy with the purchase and has returned the item/ items to the address mentioned above. In such cases a credit note will be generated valid for 60 days to make purchases only on www.chhapak.com.

 

No Refunds will be given in the following cases: 

• Incorrect or outdated delivery address.

• After 3 failed delivery attempts by the courier.

• Package refused by the recipient.

• Products returned in used/ damaged condition.

 

Note: Refunds will only be made after we have received the returned shipment except if the package has been lost in the transit
